It' s very easy actualy. But parents should spend time with them. Schedule their day. We can play our childhood games with kids. Encourage them to involve in small gardening like micro greens. Play some educational games like spelling, word building. Make them to do small yoga techniques. Make them to involve in small house hold works like cooking, washing vessels, cleaning home and wahing clothes. Allot some time for their studies also. In my home it works out really well. But am not saying to avoid mobile totally. You can give them permission to use mobile for a short period. We parents should schedule it. Now a days many researchers says that childhood obesity prevalence is more now a days because of their life style and hazards of using mobile phones also increasing. Let us take initiation to grow healthier child for a healthier planet. Thank you.
