Ingredients
Onion - 1 no
Tomato - 2no
Dry red chilli - 8-10 nos
Garlic - 4 cloves
Tamarind - Little bit
Salt - as needed.
Method:
Grind all the above said ingredients in a mixer jar (not as fine paste). Keep pan on stove add 1 spoon oil, once the oil get heat crackle some mustard seeds, urud dhaal and curry leaves. Then add the grinded mixer in a pan wait till the oil get separates from chutney. Then serve your yummy chutney with hot dosa or idli.
